CNC Sliding Headstock Automatic Lathe

Swiss-type CNC lathe with sliding headstock for precision turning of bars with maximum diameter 12mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm

CKC series (TypeV) Swiss-type CNC lathe adopts FANUC 0i-TF plus dual port control system. It is designed for shaft type workpieces used widely in various industries.
On the main spindle, O.D turning, end-face drilling, tapping, boring, threading, slotting, cross drilling, milling, radial tapping, parting-off operations can be performed. On the sub-spindle, turning, drilling, boring, tapping can be performed. Main spindle and sub-spindle can work simultaneously to shorten the cycle time. Optional automatic bar-feeder is available to realize automatic machining.
