We are equipped with comprehensive inspection and testing facilities. We utilize world-class measurement systems, including Leitz coordinate measuring machines from Germany, Zeiss gantry CMMs, Gleason gear measurement centers from the United States, and Renishaw dual-frequency laser interferometers from the United Kingdom.
In total, we operate 160 sets of large-scale dimensional measurement equipment, 10 sets of metallurgical testing instruments, 3 sets of non-destructive testing devices, 8 sets of functional testing systems, and 445 sets of thermal, mechanical, and electrical testing equipment. More than 6,888 inspection and metrology tools are deployed on the production floor. We also maintain 1,400 square meters of dedicated spaces for product inspection, testing, and laboratory work. Together, these resources provide strong assurance for accurate, consistent, and reliable product verification.
