This production line was engineered around the machining requirements of large marine diesel engine cylinder heads. It features an advanced scheduling framework that combines high-level planning with task-based dispatch control. The system supports multi-variety, multi-batch and multi-process mixed-line production management, forming the largest, longest, and most highly integrated precision machining flexible line for marine diesel cylinder heads in China. The project fills a long-standing technical gap in the domestic market.
